Being on Time
Make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately we cannot allow you to join the class, due to safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the session.
Class Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance via the booking system.
If you cancel too late or do not show up, the class credit will be deducted regardless of the reason.
This policy applies to single classes, class packages, and memberships.
